There are major changes taking place within the South African co.za TLDs. The co.za TLDs are being upgraded from the legacy system using email updates with the slow (24 hour) update cycle to the new EPP (code based) system. The good news is that domain name updates can take place much quicker now. The bad news is that as a part of the changes, the domain name fees are increasing from $5.39 per year to $8.09 per year (See official statement here). Unfortunately that means that we will be putting our prices for domain registration up to $8.09 .
