She is using google apps as her email provider and their IP address is listed in an RBL (spam list).

As you are a client using our WebCP (http://webcp.rsa.pw) control panel, we’ve added her address to an email sender’s white list, so she should have no more problems emailing you.

Within the next few weeks we will bring out an upgrade on the web control panel so that you are able to manage your own email white list.

hi – for the novice you should add the point at the start that you need to change the DNS on your domain to be that of your hosting company before parking the domain.

Hi Lourens, no, for what you want to do, in WebCP you park the domain, then edit the .htaccess file. Parking domains means pointing multiple domains to a single site, which is what you want to do, http://www.site.com and http://www.site.co.za!

Once you’re done, let me know and I’ll take a look to see that you’ve got it right!

So if I understand correctly, I need to add the domain instead of parking it?

Then edit the .htaccess in the root directory of the added domain?

They are still redirecting ok but how can I test that the code is doing its job (apart from seeing if our rankings go down or not!) Thanks
