Which hosting option should I choose?

 - This depends on your requirements. For most sites, the Small Business package will be optimal. This gives you 1Gb disk space and 10Gb of traffic. You also get 10 email addresses. If your needs  should grow over time, you can easily upgrade without any interruption to your service.

What payment methods do you accept?

 - You can pay using Paypal, Moneybookers, EFT, Direct Debit (Debit Order), or credit card. If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact support for more information.

What happens if I go over my traffic allowance?

 - If you go over your traffic allowance by 50%, then you will be required to upgrade to the next highest account immediatly. If you go over by less than 50%, then its not a problem, unless it happens for more than 2 months in a row, in which case you would be required to upgrade. The reasoning here is that you may be well within your limits usually, but if you have one heavy month due to your marketing efforts, it should not be a ig problem.

Can I install a WordPress blog?

- Yes, you most certainly can! We also make it easy for you by giving you fantastico in your Cpanel. Fantastico has dozens of programs, from blogs to CMS to ecommerce, gallaries, etc and you simply click on the one you want to install and follow their prompts.
